---Zoë Bible Church's Ministries---

These are the services, programs and activities that are in our vision.  Many of them are in the planning stage now
and will be implemented soon.  

1.   
Zoë's Athletic and Physical Health Ministries (ZAPHM); provide organized, recreational sports for all
members of the church such as basketball, volleyball, flag football, aerobics exercise classes, weight training,
karate and etc.

2.   
Zoë's Bookstore and Publication Ministries (ZBPM);separate from Zoë's Library, these offer books,
publications, videos, cassettes, DVD's, CD's, and etc. from Pastor Pitts and other associate ministers.  It also offers
material from other ministers such as Kenneth Hagin, Kenneth Copeland, Charles Capps, and etc.  These materials
can be purchased at a very reasonable price.  

3.  
Zoë's Business Network (ZBN); will be set up to assist members who are entrepreneurs to promote their
business.  ZBN will provide an annual directory for members to have access to telephone numbers, addresses, and
other information concerning goods and services provided by these businesses.

4.   
Zoë's Children's Ministry (ZCM); provides Christian education, holiday activities, a structured and safe
environment, and special events for children of members and visitors.

5.   
Zoë's Interrelations Ministry (ZIM); oversees public relations, visitor registration, and new member sign-up.  
It acts as liaison between new members and other programs and activities.

6.   
Zoë's Ministry of Helps (ZMH); maintains all grounds, inside and outside of church building and is
responsible for a safe, clean, and pleasant atmosphere in which to worship.

7.   
Zoë's Home Fellowship Ministry (ZHFM); organizes neighborhood home fellowships and cell groups with the
focus to win lost souls, while building wholesome community ties.  These groups give nonmembers, who are unable
to attend church, the opportunity to receive the Word of God.  It is accomplished through bible studies, soul
winning, and other Christian activities.  ZHFM also provides a springboard by which many are directed and/or
transported into Zoë Bible Church.

8.   
Zoë's Hospital Care Ministry (ZHCM); is established to communicate to and visit with the sick and shut in on
a regular and on-going basis.  It provides the Word of God, communion, and friendship to all hospitalized members
and approved non-members and their immediate families.

9.   
Zoë's Internal Care Ministry (ZICM); maintains contact with all members on a regular basis.  This group
makes personal telephone calls to inquire about a member's need for prayer, to encourage them in their walk with
God, and to check on their in general well-being.  This enables the church to calculate whether a member or their
family has specific needs that must be met.

10.  
Zoë's Prison Ministry (ZPM); established to visit area prisons to conduct regular church services.  These
church services include praise and worship, prayer, sermons, and an opportunity for inmates to receive or
re-dedicate their lives to Jesus.  It also provides on going communication inmate interested in communication
through letters and/or other sources.  This ministry is responsible for inmate care packages.

11.  
Zoë's Single Ministry (ZSM); not a match-making ministry, teaches singles how to live victorious and fulfilled
through Jesus Christ.  Singles are established in lifestyles that are pleasing to Christ through bible studies and
fellowships.  Here singles learn to live wholesome lives in order to live wholesome lives when married.

12.  
Zoë's One-on-One Evangelism (ZOOE); winning souls for Christ is the mission of this ministry and doing it
one person at a time.  Many members are taught and trained in one-on-one evangelism through the Word of God.  
The focus of this ministry include traveling door-to-door, handling out tracts, hosting special seminars, tent
meetings, neighborhood events, as well as meeting the physical needs of those to whom they minister.  This
ministry is established to offer special training to anyone who desires to fulfill the Great Commission.

13.  
Zoë's Substance Abuse Ministry (ZSAM); this is one of our ministry of specialty.  It included special ministry
to drug, alcohol, and cigarette abusers and their families to educate, minister, fellowship, and support those who
desire to be free of the bondage of addiction.

14.  
Zoë's Tape Ministry (ZTM); established to handle the duplication and sale of tapes after each service, edit
tape series, and fill mail orders, and special requests.  This ministry also assists at tape outreach functions and with
the Radio Ministry.

15.  
Zoë's Technical Personnel Ministry (ZTPM); is designed to handle the operation and maintenance of video
and audio equipment.  The personnel are available to assist at all outreaches and special functions in addition to
church services.

16.  
Zoë's Television Ministry (ZTM); designed to work closely with Zoë's Technical Personnel Ministry in order
to produce, direct, record, and edit each videotaped service or special event for television broadcasts.

17.  
Zoë's Bus and Transportation Ministry (ZBTM); established to meet the need of those who would not be
able to attend church and special events services because of a lack of transportation.  It is also responsible for
transporting groups and ministries, special equipment and etc., by providing drivers, maintaining vehicles, and  
assisting in long distance travel needs.

18.  
Zoë's Greeters (ZG); greets incoming members and visitors and directs traffic in and around the sanctuary.  
Also they are responsible for directing the collection of tithes and offerings during service, and special events,
handling the serving of communion.

19.  
Zoë's Marriage Empowering Ministry (ZMEM); design to provide special classes, services, information,
support, workshop, and etc to assist members and members of the community with maintaining a wholesome
empowered marriage.

20.  
Zoë's Music Ministry (ZMM); this ministry include all instruments of praise, mass choir (Zoë Voices), youth
ministry choir, and special music groups.  It is responsible for providing all musical selections during services and
special events.  It's the sole purpose is to prepare the atmosphere for the teaching of preaching of the Word.

21.  
Zoë's Benevolent and Resource Ministry (ZBRM); this ministry ministers assistance to tithing members
who are in need of shelter, food, clothing, and other necessities of life.  This ministry also provides needed funds to
those who qualify in the form of a paid utility bills, etc.

22.  
Zoë's We Care Ministry (ZWCM); works very close with the above ZBRM to demonstrate the love of Jesus
through distribution good to the needy.  It provides a distribution center for those who desire to give to the needy
by receiving non-perishing item of all size and overseeing the distribution of them to those that qualify.

23.  
Zoë's New Members Orientation Ministry (ZNMOM); assists new members by providing information about
church policies and procedures and organizes new members' classes.  It also orientates them to the various
ministries in which they can participate.

24.  
Zoë's Nursing Home Ministry (ZNHM); is established to share the Word of God within local area nursing
homes and provides special activities for elderly patients.

25.  
Zoë's Overcomers In Christ (ZOIC); these support groups are designed to help those who desire to
overcome any type of bondage with special focus on homosexuality through empowering them to line victoriously in
Christ.

26.  
Zoë's Parking Lot Ministry (ZPLM); ensures the steady flow of traffic entering and exiting the grounds, as
well as the safety of vehicles during the services.

27.  
Zoë's Pastor Aides (ZPA); attend to the comfort of the Senior Pastor, Associate Ministers, and guests.  Duties
include catering, receptions, banquets, and card and flower expressions of celebration, sympathy, and
bereavement.

28.  
Zoë's Visionary Aides (ZVA); the group of anointed and appointed men by God to personally assist Pastor
Pitts in fulfilling the vision God has given him.  They operate in the ministry of helps.

29.  
Zoë's Performing Arts Ministry (ZPAM); a group of elite individuals who illustrates the Word of God through
dance, drama, and other fine arts.  They give special performances during holiday and other festive celebrations.  
They also provide wedding assistance to members who have completed mandatory counseling as required by the
church.

30.  
Zoë's New Believers Class (ZNBC); this is a teaching class held every Sunday morning.  It is design to
assist new believers settle into the things of God's while aiding them in the baby steps that begin Christian growth.  
This class lasts about three months for the new believer and covers such subjects as The New Birth, Growing Up
Spiritually, The Authority of the Believer, and What Does It Mean to be a Mature Christian.

31.  
Zoë's School of the Bible (ZSTB); this can be called our Sunday School Ministry.  It meets each Sunday, one
hour before services.  The classes are broken down into age related groups so we can build cohesive relationships
as we get to know our members personally.  For example, some of these classes are married 20-29, married 30-39,
married 40-49, married 50 and over, single 18-25, single 26-35, single 36 and above and etc.  Also, for our young
people these classes are divided into similar sub-groups, grades 1-3, grades 4-6, grades 7-8, grades 9-12, and
etc.  In these groups there is social interaction that makes it one of the most important areas in the church.

32.  
Zoë's Altar Care Team (ZACT); this is a group of committed members lead by one of the associates of Zoë's
Visionary Aides, who have been trained to take all persons who have responded to an altar call during a church
service or a special meeting, to a nearby locale in order to pray with and to address each person individual need.
